  • Chronic inflammation - are usually due to the wrong type of fats consumed. In short, trans fats should be avoided in the diet and care should be taken to ensure a proper ratio of omega-3 to omega-6 fatty acids. Currently, we consume too much omega-6 and not enough omega-3. Oils such as sunflower, canola, palm and grape seed oils are responsible for this. The worst thing we can do is to fry food on them, as trans fats are then formed. Only fry with clarified butter or coconut oil, as these are stable fats. For everything else, use olive oil and add fish to your diet.
  • Disregulated sugar metabolism - Hypoglycemia or insulin resistance do not help. A great solution is either a balanced standard diet with plenty of exercise or a ketogenic diet.
  • Obesity - Nothing more needs to be explained here. If you want to lose weight and not feel hungry, it is worth reading about the ketogenic diet. After a strenuous period of adaptation, we will not crave sweet or sudden attacks of hunger, which is usually the reason for excessive caloric intake.

As a result of a stroke, many brain cells are damaged and hypoxic, and neurotransmitters such as dopamine and acetylcholine do not function optimally, causing brain fog, concentration problems, numbness in the limbs and many other problems.

The body has the ability to regenerate itself, provided we stop damaging it and give it access to the right substances needed to regenerate damaged tissues.

  • Supplementation with omega-3 fatty acids - We suggest monthly supplementation with mega doses of omega-3 fatty acids, at least 15 capsules a day, spread over 3 times. After a month, it is advisable to switch to the standard dosage, usually 2 capsules a day.
