Shipping to Poland
The package can be ordered by courier or parcel post, and you can pay in advance or cash on delivery.
When paying in advance for an order of more than 200zl, a free shipping option appears.
Prices for shipping will appear when the order is started. Prices for shipping are in the range of 25-35 PLN. The package is shipped the same day for orders placed by 2:00 p.m. The courier usually delivers the package the next day.
Shipping to countries in the European economic area
The package is sent by courier GLS DE. You can only pay for your order in advance, there is no cash on delivery. The shipping price will appear at the start of the order usually it is around 14 EUR. We send the parcel on the same day for orders placed by 11:00 am (CET).
The courier usually delivers the package up to 3 working days. Parcels within the European economic area do not go through customs clearance, no additional taxes are charged. We ship our products legally as chemical reagents for laboratory use. Delivery is guaranteed or your money back.
Shipping worldwide (USA, Australia, Canada and other countries)
Parcels are shipped by Fedex. The shipping price will vary depending on the destination country and will appear when you start your order and select your country. Shipping time is 3 to 5 business days.
The prices of the products will be reduced by VAT when you choose delivery outside the European Economic Area, i.e. if, for example, a Semax product costs 50$ in Poland, you will pay 40$ for it when you export it.
Sample shipping prices are approximately 30$ to the US, 60$ to Australia and 15$ to the UK. We ship products legally classified as chemical reagents for laboratory use. We include the invoice and SDS cards of the products (all necessary documents) in the package.
Shipping is done on a DAP basis, that is, we are responsible for exporting the goods from Poland and the customer is responsible for importing the goods into his country. Importing is very simple. Fedex will contact the customer in the destination country and ask for this information: What is the product, where is it from, what is it made of and what is it used for? Then just write back (we will provide all the information), for example, for the product Semax: The product is a chemical reagent for use in the laboratory with the code hs 38220000, it comes from Poland, details of what it is made of are in the product data sheet. Fedex will clear customs on behalf of the customer, local taxes (if any) will be charged. The taxes should be paid for on the basis of the invoice that Fedex will issue. Fedex customs declaration is already included in the shipping price. That's it, you can expect delivery of your order.
