Where can I track my package?
You will receive 2 separate emails.
One with an invoice and package number for tracking.
The second with confirmation of the change of the status of the order to "Completed". There will be information about the courier and package number.
Alternatively, you can log into your account, where you will see the package number for tracking in addition to the order details. (No later than 24 working hours after placing the order)
When will you send my package?
For orders placed by 11:00 a.m. Polish time, packages are shipped the same day.
Orders with cash on delivery or manual bank transfer payment must be manually approved, so it is possible that the order will be shipped a day later.
If you want express automatic shipping then pay in advance by automatic payment method.

The package is late what to do?
We ship 99% packages on time. If you have received a tracking number and the order has a status of "Completed" it means that we have passed the package to the courier.
Delays can arise on the part of the courier , especially on international routes. If the status of the package does not change for 6 or 7 days it means that there is something wrong with the package and then please contact us. If the package does not move for 3 days then sometimes it is normal.
Am I sure to receive the package?
Without a shadow of a doubt, you will receive a package or a refund if it fails to arrive (no matter what the reason) up to 30 days after placing your order.
How to use a particular product?
We do not provide information on how to use our specific products.
Instead, we provide educational materials on specific substances, developed on the basis of scientific research. You can find them under the "Substances - Education" tab. There, we describe what a substance helps and the amount used to achieve certain effects.
In the "Problems and Solutions" tab, we present ways to solve specific problems.
Can an individual place an order with you?
Yes, none of the products we sell require licenses or permits to purchase in Poland and most other countries.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Mail order only. We do not have any physical location where the customer can come and talk to us or pick up the product.
